People who have bought them say the noise reduction is awful. Any independent tester who can verify your claim?

I realize this is old, but I'm struggling here. I picked this ear pro based on this review and my satisfaction with Otto products in general so far- but I have an issue. One of the major things I'm looking to do is connect my ear pro to my radio via a speaker mic. This review calls out a special cable/connection to do this, and now that I have them on hand I'm realizing that the required connection was not included and does not appear in the catalog. Where do I find the connector or plugging these into a speaker mic?

Ok, this is from 2019 SHOT Show but I watched only because Rachel.

What a great initiative from the OTTO employees and Tom. The Salvos are a great organisation. In Australia they are the first line of support when anyone is in need. We don't have kettle stations and bell ringers, but we should. It would be a lot of fun, and we would learn so much more about the amazing people in our communities. Kudos to you all.
