Man, Have things have changed since the early 70s when we lived in Lake Elsinore. We would hang out in Tem- E - cula ( as my Aunt always pronounced it 😆 ) We mostly spent our time in the lake or the Ortegas playing music and partying. I remember also working at ALOHA water skis. Also MY Canyon. Ha! ( Only locals will get that 🥸 ) Temecula was such a small little farm town with a Biker Bar. Those were the Days my Friend! 🤠🌲🌲 🎼

I am 2.5 hours away from Temecula from Quartz Hill where I live and I've never been there. I had no idea it was so charming. I must make the trip in the Spring.

this is my native island. I went to Punahou High then played basketball for UH at Monoa for 4 year from 1990-1994. Got accepted in a brokerage firm in New York, trading on New York Stock Exchange for 3 major top banks in the world, then went on my own as an 'independent trader'. I'm in northern Virginia now, but I have a native hawaiian real estate agent that I will be working with to buy a home in the neighborhood of Hawaii Loa Ridge and spend the rest of my days(the next 40 to 60 years of life) living in paradise...

My Mother always said La Jolla's coastline way surpassed the French and Italian Rivera. I agree. My heart is still there all these years later. ❤

I was born at the Navy Hospital in San Diego. Spent every summer basking in the sun as a child at La Jolla Cove. Learned to swim there, Barbecued every weekend with my family. Such memories. Then spent my teen yrs at La Jolla Shores where I learned to ride the waves on a raft. And later became an avid bodysurfer. Marine St. Was where my sisters and friends took on 6 ft waves! Had to learn how to flip out at the end of the wave to prevent breaking our shoulders due to the sand bank. Those were the days. At 30 I moved to Gravilla St. Lived in a triplex built by the famous architect, Wright. I should have bought that place. Totally furnished with antiques, with a hugh agave outside the dining room door. Ahh... Memories

I was in Honolulu in 73' 74', the Hyatt regency was under construction. I swore I would someday return and stay there. I never have. Now I walk the water front in recurring dreams. But it's ok.
