The apt is stunning. What a view! Unless I missed it, I can’t believe you fail to mention Paris’ greatest icon, the Eiffel Tower when initially pointing out the sites from your balcony! “ Seine, basilica, basilica...” 😂

Damn I can imagine that spot costs about 8k a month. Probably valued at 1.6 mil euros minimum. Paris real estate per mètres carrés is expensive af specially near iconic sites with view of the eiffel tower.
