that's strange. If we look at the hormone graphs on the internet it says LH has a peak right before ovulation which means at ovulation LH concentration is decreasing. I doubt the organization made both answer correct for this question.

I think he means the smallest difference in time between the two reflections 'hitting' the speaker. It would be 0.1s so would happen every 10 seconds (f=1/T)
