Titans are best dealt with in private groups. I know the immersion of playing with other players is best experienced in Open, however an instance more than a wing of four CMDRs is not recommended. First of all the vents still bug soon as a player jumps out of supercruise into the instance. Secondly the more players hitting that titan core, the less rewards you get if it's after credits you're after.
