Hello. please help. I have an Apollo smart loop address system, and the address line has sirens. The siren does not start when there is an alarm. the addresses are correct and the device sees them. can everyone have a problem? What settings did I not set? Thank you. I am writing with a translator, I don’t know English well.

Is it just me or is that 34203 really quiet by the panel or is the panel buzzer just really loud. Very good system test. And is that type of polling on every s-quad or just that certain type?

@@aviationtrainsfc1The Gent 34203 Sounder had been adjusted so that it is on the quietest volume. The Polling is default on all s-quads and Gent S4 call points while connected to a Gent Nano panel.

Thank you! I checked the terminals and there was no loose connections in the sounder. I might change the S2 sounder for a Gent S3 sounder for System Test 6.

my school has this exacy system. Same buttons same detectors and some of them have sounder plates and some have them mixed with seperate sounders in the room. The only difference is that they have the slow whoop sound.

I work as a fire engineer in the north east. We mainly install Advanced panels on new installs (with Nittan MCP & detectors), or on upgrades, they are very good panels.

how did you get the old gent smoke sensors working on the nano and old callpoint and hornstyle. I've only tried the 34770 without a sounder on mine and it gave a device type not supported fault

It does give that fault on nano panels for the old gent detectors. The sounder only part on a Gent 34770/34777 works but the sensor only part doesn’t work on nanos. Old Gent call points and horn styles 34203s can work with nanos and don’t throw the fault.
