Its not from the sim, It is added in post-processing. the sound system in MSFS isn't advanced enough for sounds like that.

Yeah, I can make a video on that, but I chose to do mach 2 at a lower altitude, because mach 10 only happens at 100,000+ feet and the sense of speed wouldn't be nearly as much since the camera is on the ground.

It broke the sound barrier after it passed, also something like sonic booms being delayed would not be the fault of the sim itself, it would be whomever modded that plane, the modders are responsible for all the timing of sounds and such. If you look at the video where I compared the sonic booms of different planes, you can clearly see the discrepancy between them, some don't even have sonic booms.

@@bolty4102 If a sound source was speeding up towards the speed of sound but you watched it take off from behind and you were stationary, you would hear the sound getting lower and lower but you would never hear a sonic boom

@@bolty4102 Have fun - my father was an airframe engineer on the Cat - try flying it under the Robert Moses Causeway bridge on Long Island - also see how long it takes to fly the Cat from Manhattan to Montauk Pt - should be a minute/thirty as they did SuperSonics at roughly a 10,000 ceiling but only once and it needs to be a state of emergency at that..

@@grummanfanschneid That's insanely cool; flying it under bridges sounds extremely hard and risky, but also insanely cool. Your father must be a very skilled pilot. Also, that supersonic flight in a minute thirty is insanely quick even for a fighter jet.

Low FPS in my game is due to rendering at around 8k; reshade and VISUALS mods should not influence FPS; however, VESTIGA mod may reduce FPS if you have restricted VRAM, Uninstall VESTIGA if the FPS decrease reaches ten or more.

It's not clickbait, it was going above mach one, it's just whoever coded the mod for the plane forgot that sound has to travel. If that's what your getting at.

This isn't a promo, all the graphics mods featured in the video can be downloaded off nexusmods, for free.

It does a few more things but it's hard to notice with the quality of shorts, the result is more noticable in low light, but yeah your technically right since the game already looks so good by default there's not much to improve upon without making it look worse.

@@fortnite.burger if your wondering what the "other stuff is" it is ray tracing, cinema filters, fade, film grain, chromatic aberration, and global illumination. at night in saint Denis it basically looks like real life.

@@bolty4102 it has Ray tracing? That's pretty cool but rdr2 already has such good lighting that really only full path trading or ray tracing developed by rockstar would actually improve it significantly.

@@bolty4102 also adding global illumination isn't of any increase, it would only look better with entire ray traced rendering.

Can't tell if that's sarcasm but I added "Ultra realism" to the title because I added in more realistic sound effects, and color corrected the video
