Company haru ma position khulyo vane khai kina ho hamro resume ta herdai herdaina jasto lagx, they hire from their employee recommendations. They dont want to take applicants. Decent knowledge or experience huda pani they dont even reply after applying. what do u have to say on this

Dai, I am thinking of transitioning into IT after my college (CSIT) and it would be really helpful if you could share some guidance. 1) As a fresher, is it worth starting my career as a QA or should I go for development (particularly MERN stack)? 2) Considering the job market scenario in Nepal, which one is comparatively easier to get an intern/job as a fresher without networks? I don't recommend QA to most people because in Nepal, QA work is done manually which limits technical growth.

Most people who don't like to or don't understand coding opt in for QA as it is easier. So I think it has a lot of competition and the vacancies are limited. A project can have 30 developers but it will only have 2 or 3 QAs at max. I'm talking about the situation in Nepal. I'm not sure how it's done abroad.

I believe that both of these courses will give you a good foundation to start your career. It is a bit costlier to pursue B.Sc. CSIT than BCA.

degree is optional. skill is what matters the most. but generally few companies prefer a individual with a degree. if you got good skills to land a job, you don't need it. they won't even judge even though requirement is bachelors passed given.

I have started learning from 11,12 but i think teti bela laptop vayeko vaye kehi ta hunthyo, but now i am so much depressed about careers and more like backlogs in semester.
