Brandon, I notice even going back some 10 plus years, you guys were always running Jaw, double roll crushing plant. Any particular reason why? I have the same old cedarapids jaw double roll plant you have in one of your old videos working, crushing river rock. Do you remember the TPH you were getting on that thing?
@doc26228 ай бұрын
What is the production capacity, TPH?
@BrandonHagedorn8 ай бұрын
Anywhere from 600 - 1000tph, depending on how wet the material is going in.

Kırıcının içine toprak giriyor. Üretimin temiz olması için üretimden evvel, toprak ve taşın ayıklaması gerekiyor. İki iş olur ama yüzde yüz temiz üretim olur.

@KardiKardi-du3mw Жыл бұрын
Untuk kelancaran produksi sebaiknya static barunya fi ganti dengan plate yang di lubang agar batuan nya tidak mudah terselip antara bar static, kemudian di pasang alat penjepit batu diatas jaw untuk mengangkat batu terjepit.

Is there some reason why coal mines that use a dragline to get down to the coal seam can't also classify and sell the overburden that the dragline digs up?
@BrandonHagedorn Жыл бұрын
That's a very good question, I would assume they could but more than likely every coal mine in the area would have the same products to sell which is probably a flooded market. I know also they are required to reclaim such mined area, so maybe they need that material to do such.

Just a continuation of an existing gravel deposit. We were contracted to do so.(or in better terms, we were told to) LOL 😂. This gravel has since been depleted on the property.

My dream job is to operate a dragline in a gravel pit. It's becoming a lost art. My Grandpa ran a dragline in the pits of Northern Illinois from 1957-73.

You have 3 Problems. first, Jaw plate teeth are big and almost flat. You need plats with small and sharp teeth. Second, you have to open the jaw gap from down to make the plate more vertical. Third, The speed of the jaw makes me sleep. 😴😴😴🥱🥱 try to lesson to other advice (4).

Awesome footage I like to see gravel being crushed and loaded, I like to hear the sound of the excavator and the sound of gravel. I see a lot brown gravel and would like to know why do you have gray gravel also??
A lot of wasted production time from that dragline.
@BrandonHagedorn3 жыл бұрын
You don't see the whole equation in this video, there is another secondary crushing and screening plant that is falling behind most of the time. The dragline works best in this situation as it is a very deep pit and the reach of a dragline far out powers the reach of an excavator
