You know he is intelligent and has all the good reasons why he choose Philippines as his residence. Most of Filipinos speak aside from Tagalog, English & Spanish these are their 2nd languages. They are friendly and hospitable who welcome everyone regardless of your color and culture. More foreigners will choose Philippines to retire and confident like Elon Musk who will soon living in Philippines . I will choose to live in the province than in the popular cities if you want to retire quietly and peacefully.

Yes I've lived here now for more than a decade. don't get me wrong the Philippines is just like the USA we are both practically third world countries. USA just has more money and more extensive National Parks. But in terms of advantages I'm sure many of you already know cell phone services cheaper more affordable and there are so many choices Cost of living is lower. I have health and dental care here. Like I said both our countries have a lot of problems especially politically. In terms of cost of living and general quality of life, I do prefer to Philippines now. Most of Asia actually.
