I stopped getting sunburns since I cleansed my body on raw food, plant based diet. The cleaner the body is the more immune to sun exposure it is. Fasting, diet right for our species, natural hygene is all we need to stay healthy. Ketogenic diet is in true fasting and therefore it helps for a short time.

I agree we should look at the vaccination status. I bet the arm juice did it. The carnivore angle is just click bait.

I'm a carnivore, I've had 4 heart attacks, 6 strokes and 2 open heart surgeries ( triple bypass and porcine mitral valve xenograft). My most recent heart attack was well after I lost 75 lbs through LCHF, Keto and exercise (mostly walking). I had worsening angina despite the carnivore diet, and just underwent an angioplasty that required 3 stents to restore flow in one of the 2 blocked bypasses. I don't expect to magically become invulnerable, and remain convinced that I would be dead without the lifestyle changes I incorporated, but would be much healthier if only I had started a decade sooner.

Dr. Ovida is a hack. I will follow his advice and stay off his operating table. He may be a good mechanic but he is a crappy doctor. I've heard him make many silly claims saying there is published evidence but he never gives links to the evidence and I can't find it. What a hack, follow his advice at your own risk.

Sugar is more addictive than Cocaine and included in almost all highly processed foodlike substances. Once I kicked the sugar monster to the curb I was able to totally quit drinking since alcohol is a sugar byproduct.

Yes, mold turned out to be the cause of 20 years of mystery illnesses, depression and chronic fatigue for me. I finally got screened for mold illness called CIRS and learned I was genetically unable to detox mold. Carnivore diet helped me a lot but it didn’t cure all my mold symptoms. My inflammatory markers were through the roof. Thankfully, I am now getting treatment with a CIRS doctor and we are getting mold remediation done in our home next month. It’s been a long journey but I’m grateful that I have recovery in my future. Lord have mercy. Thanks for covering this topic, Anthony.

Started carnivore again. I did it for a year a few years ago. Having dairy as well. I feel like dairy is harder than sugar.

Extreme diets like the vegan and carnivore diets, have their place as therapeutic diets only. Both vegans and carnivores claim that theirs is the "proper human diet" when in reality both are akin to a monoculture and neither are environmentally sustainable for all 8 billion of us. A critical piece of info = the electrical human body is made from light energy. It is not food per se that matters but rather that the light messengers in food, at all times,, must match the local environment where we live, in order to maintain homeostasis between ourselves and nature. Recommended reading Lights Out by TS Wiley. It will blow your mind how this planet works to keep everything in perpetual balance.

Same & turned out to be pretty severe "insulin resistance". The spike, then the crash. Rinse, repeat. Feeling horrible, all of it. I have to avoid sugar/carbs at all costs.

I made the egg pudding, it was delicious. Silky and mild flavor. You can add literally just a few drops of maple syrup for guests and it’s more like dessert.

Family got a bad flu or covid. Awful. Fever for days. Everything tasted bad to me. Bitter and metalic. Water, cheese. Meat. I forced myself to eat a steak early in it and Ive got almost an aversion to meat now. Barely eating anything. Lost about 4 pounds. Tastes returning slowly to normal now after a week.

I used to think I was addicted to sugar but strangely I've found that is not the case. I'm involved in an organisation where I spend time away at sea and cannot choose much about what to eat during that time. I cannot stay low carb but I still ignore most (not all) of the baking and desserts. When I get back, that same day I'm back to low carb and won't touch sweet stuff until maybe 3 to 9 months when I'm next away. For me, I think it is because I never drink or eat outside of the house, and I never purchase that sort of stuff for eating at home. My wife has that stuff in the panty and I can happily ignore it.

And for what it’s worth. I can physically and psychologically manage sugar on a quarterly basis. Christmas Easter anniversary and maybe one other occasion. Have pretty much shut it down completely for birthdays though .

Sugars, carbs and anything that spikes my bloid sugar and ibsulin makes me super sick real fast. Insomnia, fatigue, joint pain and I get mean also. Its horrible and NOT worth it. And it takes weeks to feel good again. Tomirrow is my 2nd carni- verssary and my celebration will be steak, eggs and BUTTER.

I 100% agree with you. When I have sugar, veggies, dairy and other carbs. My hands and arms blow up, I get lethargic, hurt all over, tired all the time so want to sleep and then find it hard to wake up, irritable, anxious, depressed, angry, bloat, get mass amounts of acne even in my hair and general off feeling. Once I come off carnivore I'm continually struggling to go back. BUT I WILL change it. I have to I can't live this way and neither can my husband have me like this. Thankyou for the reminder and letting us know your symptoms too. And Support. ❤

People who have overwhelming cravings for Sugar, probably have Parasites. You think its you that love sweets but its the Parasites inside you that demand the Sugar.

Sugar gives me a headache now, and I just don't feel good in general for the rest of the day. Also, I've never really experienced constipation in my life until after I went carnivore and fell off the wagon. It's not carnivore itself, that's totally fine. It's when the carbs come back after not having them for a long time. It's crazy.

Year 1 of Carnivore - I remembered the taste of Thanksgiving "foods" - I had a little pumpkin pie (discarded the crust) a little cornbread dressing, a little of everything.... Year 3 of Carnivore - I remembered the sudden gain of 20 pounds, and the bad feelings. Nope. Not again.

Reese’s cups are my weakness. You could offer me a naked unwrapped Reese’s cup that you just pulled from behind your back and I’d probably eat it. Then that starts an avalanche of bad decisions after that. Next thing I know I’m at chick fil a (I literally live next door to one).

Candy Season! That's a perfect way to put it! I've been there, done that, got the t-shirt as well. I've learned the hard way, I just straight up have to keep the taste of sweet out of my mouth. If not, I will set off a snowball-headed-to-hell chain reaction of sweet cravings. I feel like a fiend that will do practically anything to have more sweet taste. I'll force myself to stick to the keto sweets, but the cravings don't stop. I can eat my weight in keto sweets. And much like sugar, they make me mean and crazy too. My mental health falls off a cliff. It's awful! The price is far too high for a few moments of sweet taste, so I just avoid sweet all together. It's all meat for me with salt and water. Butter is the only dairy I allow myself, because I can binge on dairy also if I'm not very careful. The longer I obtain from all food temptations, the better I feel and the easier it gets. It Does get better, so be encouraged! Cheers! 😊

This is why I went carnivore, (not extreme strict, drink one cup coffee in morning , sometimes,LOL) essentially zero carb, no processed food if I can help it (essentially none).Going outside the box (eating carbs) jacks up pain and inflammation and of course blood glucose levels.Thank you for talk and reinforcing my choices!!!!

I have worked as a baker for the past 20 years….started keto 5 years ago and lost 90 lbs over 2 years. Stopped tracking and gradually gained back 40 lbs over the next 2 years. Been trying to do carnivore consistently for the past year and finally seeing a bit of weight loss. Love the simplicity of carnivore and do believe it heals us My body absolutely loves and hangs onto carbs as well! Holidays are so dangerous and I try to look at all the candy and baked goods as poison but it is still a challenge. But if I can work in a bakery and lose weight, take heart and keep on track😊

Going through what you described as going in and out of carnivore, it was out of control for months and even made me go back to smoking pot(you see how one bad things brings the others too), since a few days now Im slowly reducing carbs and sugar, was eating at least 50 grams a day and some days a lot more like 300+ grams, just now I made coffee and wasnt planning on adding sugar but when it was done I added 1 spoon of sugar and a big spoon of butter too, thats a lot better considering I was eating a lot of carbs a few weeks back and was putting 4 spoons of sugar in my coffee, its looking easier and easier by the day mentally speaking. I realized its very hard for me to stop eating carbs, specially sugar all of the sudden, i need to gradually lower the doses or else my mind goes nuts and gives me impulses to eat carbs as soons as I have the opportunity, thanks for your words, I agree with you all the way, I develop the same symptons when I eat carbs, literally everthing starts falling around me and I cant seem to operate at nearly 50% of what I can when strict carnivore, also I think I have some methylation problems too, just discovered 20%+ of the population doesnt methylate enough(Dont know if its worded that way) and that creatine might help with that, thats makes sense since even when eating lots of junk food If am eating creatine or lots of red meat I can operate somewhat decent, but for sure the solution is going full carnivore and thats what I would recommend to everyone since I dont think theres other way to keep your body completely healthy, including the mind and all other tasks related to the brain, wish you all a great day and a lot of strenght to overcome the challenges ❤
