Very well put. I recently returned to running after a few mths of low volume. Getting Aerobic adaptations quickly was pleasing but has left me with an ankle injury/bone stress reaction in the lower tibia area. 6k, 35k, 56k, 63k, 75k however I used to run 3500-4000km some years. Being Patient is so important as if we take 5 steps forward but end up falling 6steps back down the ladder its not good progression. Will return more slowly next time. Enthusiasm can be an injury increaser. Good Intentions but poor outcomes.

Hello Coach, i am following your Garmin training plan for 10k. It’s my Week 2 now. By the way, i also downloaded the apps called MCRUN on apps store. But, it forces to close the app. It was a paid app Coach. I already sent an email to the given contact information.

I'm sorry to hear. I also sent a note to the IT team to see if there is a glitch. You should hear back from them shortly.

RayRun Fitness where did you get a training plan on Garmin from Greg McMillan? I have looked at all the plans and they designed by Keith Anderson. I’d love to have Greg’s plans auto loaded into my Garmin.

RayRun Fitness thanks. I realised that my watch is not compatible with Coach. Which seems to mean it won’t even show in my Garmin Connect Options

maybe long distance running does drastically lower testosterone levels.
