This sounds more like elevator music. Very specific but I imagine when the characters are in the middle of some sort of chase in a cartoon and at some point enter an elevator during said chase or something and this plays inside it while they’re waiting. Strange I know, but kinda funny. I genuinely might probably make this my ringtone
