You didn't inspect anything. The first thing you should have done is remove all the sheets including the mattress protector. Many hotels put those on to cover up what's under it, including signs of prior bed bug infestations. And you don't lay in the bed or put your luggage in the room until you are finish.👎👎

My water bill in UK was 40 quid a month I dont pay that for a year here. There is no Tesco Lotus, Tesco sold up. Last time I used 7 seas in 2012 they were extremely poor for many reasons and it was all very stressful. I would say Pickfords International are the best.
