Marching in the fog for 6+ hours makes me famished- I missed this midnight dining option! Price point is a bit ridiculous though. $7.95 in 2004 doesn’t equal $25 today. At that hour their competition is DelTaco. C’mon Knotts…I mean Cedar Fair…I mean Six Flags…ohhh, now I get it…never mind 😎

We have BooBuffet at 6 on Sunday October 20th and want to head over to line up for Elvira, what time should we line up for the Ghost Town rope drop?

@susancabrera3634 Guests start lining up for the Ghost Town rope drop after they finish eating, as early at 530 sometimes. Most buffet guests go to the back mazes,. others want to see the monsters come out. I'd arrive early since you have a 6pm reservation and try to get in as soon as possible, then eat quickly.

We paid for "preferred parking." We were sent to a grassy field within a park near the main lot. There is also offsite parking with shuttles. My advice, arrive early and pay for preferred, if that is an option.

I typically do not get "scared" at these events, as I attend so many. I go to see the work and creativity. With that being said, Seance was genuinely creepy, and Labyrinth was fun and not being able to easily find a way out definitely made that one scary! The actors in all of the mazes and the scare zones did a great job. There were a lot of screams coming from other guests!

There are a lot of steep steps, uneven surfaces, and narrow corridors within the mazes on the ship. There was not alternative access that I saw, but I may have missed it. That being said, the website says "We offer a wide range of services for our visitors and strive to provide an excellent experience for everyone attending Dark Harbor." So, I think it would be best to reach out to them directly for specific answers.

Knott’s out did Universal this year. They really did a good job in these mazes. People who complain that they aren’t scary must keep in mind that each day has a different experience. Sometimes there aren’t enough actors on a given particular day. But also, it could be because you are experienced and things don’t scare you anymore so become desensitized. I know that has happened to me so I go just to have fun and admire the work and creativity that goes into making these mazes.

I don't get scared in any maze anymore. I go for the experience and admire the creativity and production value. I think opening weekend is usually super fans who don't find the mazes scary either, but go for the same reasons. The later into the season we go, I think we will hear many more screams.
