At this time 89/90 right up to 1994, Therapy? were the most original and electrifying band - Truly original and exciting. Better than Nirvana, on a par with Sonic Youth, as good as the Pixies - essentially a "world class band" - No other British/Irish/Euro band could match them. They even gave Metallica a run for their money around 1993. Unfortunately, this band were the sum of their parts and once Fyfe Ewing left, the magic disappeared - what followed was pedestrian and predictable heavy metal. Such a shame really - if you take Copeland out of The Police or Peart from Rush - what have you got? Not much - well Ewing proved to be much more than the "drummer" in this band. Cairns seems genuinely depressed since the departure. Sad.

Saw them at edenderry festival as a nipper sneaking into the pub. Took the massive poster outside for their ep. Searching for album and ep ever since. Can't remember much other than excitement of seeing a band live. Must have been 11/12.

I remember going to their gigs all around Dublin. Pollyhops, The Goblet, Angler's Rest etc. I would love to hear Big Wheels one more time. If ANYONE has their tape I could copy - I would gladly trade my soul for it.
