She's so lovely I don't even know where to begin, and her podcast/RedRum is a marvel to listen to. An absolute gem of a personality she is... And that story is just true romance.

@Gian Luca Virzi Who said minorities can’t work in a diverse group? Maybe you should re-read my comment. During this video one of the presenters said, ‘hiring a diverse crew may mean, not hiring the most skilled person’. That’s what I was replying to. I have no idea what you’re talking about.(This is coming from a 43 year old actor, director, producer, writer and teacher.)

Absolutely atrocious acting (racist perhaps? cheap imitation of accent). They just speak fast and yell. No depth. Their "acting" has nothing to do with the brilliant novel. Actually I wouldn't dare to stage it. How? It seems impossible.

@@lyadhkhorcyclechalai69Yes I agree with you. The language should be the actual language in which the action took place - Hindi and the Parsi style Gujarat. They should make.a full length series to capture every detail of the book. And get some of the best actors to act in it. It can be made into a critically acclaimed series like The Jewel in the Crown which was based on Paul Scott’s The Raj Quartet in the early 80s
