Nothing is beautiful about California anymore. That state is run by morons! The illegals have turned it into a 3rd world country.

we tell patients who their therapist will be. We only require name and contact info over the phone, and the diagnosis so we know which therapist is qualified to handle them.

Assuming you do this as the standard issue LBP caller, have you ever presented yourself as the non-LBP patient to root out potential implicit bias? Examples for contrast: neuro, very elderly, competitive athlete, male vs female, trans, patients with "ethnic" accents...You could use other people to call in to cast a wider net.

1- greeet and acknowledge 2- ask them for their goals, needs and expectations 3-bild values for your services and tels them that you have the solution 4-give them the proposal and the price 5-reserve the appointment and what they will expect when coming 6- recap why they should come Thenk you its simple, and it does work when you do it 6-

How does charging $150-$200 per session serving the community? What about those who could only afford to come via insurance? What about low income families?
@jerrydurhampt3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for asking!!! I teach, coach and consult the same approach to all practices. I have currently helped and consulted with a practice that dedicates 20 visits a month to under insured and non insured every month. They also do free clinics in the community.. So no not all can afford 150-200, YET the approach to serve those in your community who need your help, is the same! Cheers and thanks for asking!!!!

Jerry, just came across your KZbin Channel. I can relate to your message in this video. Recently had a gal at the gym who's held off seeing me for 9 months with various issues that needed to be addressed because of our price and not knowing our value. I always assured her that she is "making the right decision at this time" and that understood where she was coming from, but never entertained lower our rate or come up with any excuses (I knew this was not a money issue). I knew eventually she was going to come see me. I was playing the long game. She finally booked a session with me yesterday for an acute lbp flare up and a two month hx of plantar fasciitis. We knocked out both her lbp and dramatically reduced her heel pain in one session. She's now bought in. I feel if I was pushy in the beginning of the relationship or did not let my "raving fans" do the work for me in spreading the word to her, her view of my services could be totally different. Thanks for all your knowledge!

Fear/doubt/uncertainty is brought to your clinic by the patient. Clinic's job is to get as close as possible to eliminating all three. If you can't eliminate them, at least don't increase them. Hi Jerry!

Q: When a plan of care is completed (i.e. objective of cycle #3 is met), do you then place that client into a 4th cycle (keeping in touch until care is needed again)? You've already developed the KLT's (know, like, & trust) so it would seem inappropriate to a) put them back into cycle #1 w/ the gen-pop or b) stop communication completely.

yes... thats the flow. and they are TAGGED appropriately in your automation...so they are TREATED as one who KNOWS, TRUSTS and LIKES you!! THIS IS THE MAGIC OF UNDERSTANDING THEIR LIFECYCLE.. Buyers get treated as BUYERS

@@jerrydurhampt It can be very easy to think in terms of "volume" & accept a low conversion %. In a business built on service and 100% 1-on-1 care, though, efficiently getting to the RIGHT client is critical to avoiding all the time/effort lost on those who will never complete cycle #1. Time saved could be used 1,000 different ways to serve clients better.
