Back in '89 we had an exchange student from Spain live with us. He recorded this classic on VHS and loved it-saying he couldn't wait to show his family when he got home. He always loved the absurdity of the pier scene where Frank and the harbormaster keep spotting each other money 'on credit' for information. (Along with Frank's awful driving knocking the poor fisherman off the pier.)

If anybody wondering about the large Mexican sombrero at 0:14, it's from a deleted gag - featured in the Extended TV Cut - where Ed tells Al that he's out of uniform again and to use regulation head-gear only. Al then gave him the sombrero & apologized, stating that he was trying something different.

Watching these Police Squad scenes makes you realize George Kennedy was such a versatile actor. For years he played the bad guy in westerns and action movies and here he's doing comedy.

I don't think that's what happened, I think he was still looking at the picture and when Frank asked who else was seeing his wife he didn't want to know the answer. But I could be wrong

@twils005 there's no look of surprise to see its his own wallet, he dosnt rifle through the wallet to see other cards he just keeps looking at the picture, its too quick for him to realise its his wallet by the time frank asks the question and the way he said its alright isnt in a tone which convays confidence that hes wife isnt cheeting its more of a begging depleted voice asking his friend not to say any more. What's your reasons for him realising it's his wallet?
