Why would a guy has to provide everything to a woman on basis of what, why don't women work & earn for their needs gold, shopping or something if not why don't woman take the money from their parents . why would a guy need to give maintenance and alimony to a woman. does that mean if a husband earns 50 lakhs a month by business and if wife earns 1.5 Lakh from job. does that mean husband have to pay wife according to his salary if so, if husband suffers loss in business will the wife take responsibility for husband's debt.

Recent me mere known ka high court tak case gaya...waha judge sahab ne kaha ki jo ladki maang rahi dono party settle karo aur lakdi se kaha sare ye befaltu ke cases apne daale inhe waps lo aur ek case jo divorce ka hai wahi .... Ladki jo chahati thi vo amount mil gaya.... Lekin ladki ne abhi tak cases wapas nahi liye hai..... Aur ladka har date par chakkar laga raha hai.... Ladki ghoom fir rahi hai aur documents hospitalization ke hai bataon ab kya kare..... Bhai Advocates bhi mil jate hai?????

Husband is paying taxes from which these judges are getting salary. Husband is also paying bribes and fees. But they give tax free maintenance and alimony to wife. If this is not injustice I don't know what is. These non sensical judgement can only be stopped if we remove money out of the equation.

Similarly they also gave parliament powers to regulate the judiciary...The parliament has failed cause not one single judhe has been impeached... Its shameful to say that there is a justice mafia running in the country...🫤..
