Yep, definitely agree. Ctene feels much smoother post rework except slime but the remainder of content incl seren/kalos feels much worse to play

Shade’s burst was a bit unethical on how giga strong it was. Sucks about the nerf though. Aesthetically, I think it did get a glow up.

I know culvert score isn't indicative of damage outside of culvert itself, where you can inflate score. I have a 2nd main Shade, I cant tell if I'm any weaker or any stronger, still clearing bosses in around the same time. Outside of culvert, do you feel any difference?

It's a little weaker in most situations. Lack of a condensed burst hurts in party settings and bosses that move a lot

Shade didn’t get a buff. They got a bit of an fd nerf and more balanced. They lost burst dmg n put more into dpm. But it def sux they did Aran dirty.

@@dondxad3149 You're literally on a video that showed a 1 final damage gain. Rough testing but claiming it lost 25 fd is just braindamage, the overall damage is at worst around net neutral

wouldnt you be able to score higher if you proc ark link in waiting room to lvl 5? so you have a higher % damage during the entire run?

Yes, but it would be a bit complicated to execute with cdr equip swapping and fatal timing. It would be a pretty minimal gain since stages 1-5 speed is pretty constant anyways
