thank you for your advices in the comments 😔🫶 but i just only did this video because it was funny but the truth is, that part was meant to be erased 😆 i just got too in the zone and sketched it out too, i actually dont wanna line and color that part of the jacket

you can use layer mask instead of just erasing it, that way if you have to move the left character around you won't have to draw the erased parts again. i either do that or color them on different layers and it really makes my indecisive ass's life easier

@@soraouu yea i got that from the video, it's just that it's good to know that you don't have to erase everything permanently if you don't want it to be visible now. i found out abt this like a week ago and it was such a game-changer for me, that's why i think everybody should know abt it c:

It’s why I personally turn the layer to a very very light grey using opacity so I can still see the outline SLIGHTLY while I’m drawing on a new layer. That way, no issues with this!
