I saw the building that my dad used to work with the government but he passed away in 1984 . In 1986 I went to LSU then went back and got a job in Puerto Rico. After my 3rd vehicle but in a carjacking I decided to move to the US permanently. My dad was a veteran and a federal government employee. I’m a retired federal employee here in the US. I go on vacation but I know where to go and not to go. I remember when they got a whole bunch of cops in the headquarters and they did a clean up. Still the drug gangs battle is horrible. People outside San Juan in the country used to be safe to live. Not anymore now.
