en el minuto 27:12 habla de la identificación de la cadena mas larga, y NO es inicialmente la cadena critica, primero se identifica la ruta critica que va en función de la trayectoria conocida del producto o servicio hasta el cliente final o hasta donde este desarrollada la cadena de suministro, una vez identificada esta cadena ahora se desarrolla la cadena critica que es donde están todos los supuesto que pueden ocurrir en la ruta critica y hay que mitigar para disminuir los amortiguadores de proyecto.
