Hi 👋 thank you for watching ❤️ These are shampoo bars and I do not give out my recipe, I worked too hard to create it. I do have a basic recipe for shampoo bars farther back in my videos though that gives the recipe :)

Hello! 😊 I just stumbled across your video after making my own batch of beeswax soap! Thank you very much for sharing because it was definitely a beat trying to soap with beeswax. How high were your temps that you soaped with? Also, I refrigerated my soap to prevent gel and any over heating, so now I’m waiting for it to completely harden on the drying rack. Is it normal for beeswax soap to stay softer for a while? I used 15% in my recipe.

Hi :) I soap at about 100°. I do not prevent gel with my soaps but with bees wax I do not force it either. I just let it do its thing. My bees wax bars always have a rubbery feel until they sit for a few weeks. Its hard to describe how they feel, rubbery is the best word I think. They will get harder as they sit :) Thank you for watching and commenting! ❤️

Hi thank you for watching ❤️ They do dry hard but not solid. These are a bit softer so kids can squish them into the bath water. I do ship them wrapped in tissue paper. I do have a more solid version in another video, those dry solid :)

Usually overnight is all they need but it would depend on the humidity in your work area :) I always let them sit for a few days before I package them. Thank you for watching and commenting ❤️

Hi :) thank you for watching and for the comment. I find I have more control over the mixture if I add the CA last. I can get everything blended to my liking without having to worry about the CA reacting and foaming up. Give it a try and see if you like it 🙂 ❤️

Hi Laura, Thank you for watching and commenting 😊 That is an apple tray that I got from the grocery store. If you ask, they will probably give you one. They are cardboard and they recycle them. Ask a produce worker :)

I love the colors. I recently tried this and my soap got to thick and I did not get the swirls. It was my first time and believe I need a thicker hanger too.

Thank you for watching ❤️. This pour definitely requires the batter to stay fluid. I did use a thicker swirl tool on my second attempt, and it worked much better. Check out the "falling leaves" video I posted a few weeks ago 🙂
