This song makes me realize that I never never truly happy unless I feel sad or I feel some element of sadness I don’t mean as in “you have to feel sadness to enjoy happiness“ no no no what I mean by this is I actually kind of enjoy being sad I mean I don’t like being happy I hate son I hate feeling and having to express the feeling of happiness for some odd reason the only time I’m ever happy is when I am sort of sad I enjoy what make other people sad as well what other people enjoy that makes them happy makes me sad but different sad like actually sad the sadness I feel is kind of an isolation sadness but not a bad thing for me it’s like everybody in this world around me is sad and I’m kind of sad but not super sad and that makes me happy but yet at the same time I’m sad it’s like this content happy sad feeling just in between the wavelength of both emotions and everybody treats me like I’m some Freakshow for liking rain thunderstorms hurricanes tornadoes all that kind of stuff because I’ll hear my family and people from my school and even my friends going I wish it wasn’t raining today I’m always like “I am no I’m so glad it’s raining today I hate son I wish it would rain more“ I mean it’s weird but it’s not absolutely unheard of sometimes people are just different and all this has to do with this song this song is how I love feeling I love this emotion I don’t know what you will Collett but the feeling that this song gives me it’s so amazing it’s what I look for in life it’s what I continue living on this earth for I listen to this song and I could live forever it makes me feel like I’m a mortal human being it makes me feel like I’m back to being smaller again to the year 2008/9/10 driving home from a mile trip earlier that evening (this is just a thought that I get not some thing that has actually happened) and it’s raining and only raining it’s a little bit cloudy and just the teensiest bit foggy and it’s a little chilly but not cold it smells like wet pavement outside and we’re driving past all of these neon signs and lights in my hometown I am looking out the car window and I’m a bit sleepy I mean that’s what I think of when I hear this song this is the feeling that this song gives me this is the best way I can possibly put it into words and I love this feeling it’s the best

Only edit to these lyrics I need to propose from someone who has listened to this album way too many times in headphones is: "Don't think I'm all in this world Don't think I'll be here too long". I have never heard "not" in the first lines, it also doesn't fit well pace wise and also doesn't quite mesh with the next lyric if you think on it a bit. Also hate when any video cuts out before the full ending of a song (personal pet peeve of an old cd listener) Otherwise great video.
