Really love how you show the drive and the communities. No other realtor does that. I was hoping to see the vertex community in Summerlin and maybe the pool! Please add that to your home video tours!

Reading the American comments that this house should be 300 to 400 k . Just for perspective you will never find something like this for even 608k now in the cheapest capital city. It would be 700k and above and in Sydney over a million

@@kimtatami6559 thank you for the perspective. The market is changing here in America and unfortunately many Americans are losing confidence in buying a home. Many feel it may be unattainable. There are many programs to help first time home buyers. I hope to inform the buyers looking to buy and understand home is possible. Every market is different and we just need to find the best deal fitting each persons unique needs. Thank you for your comment.

Possibly with interest rates lowered and higher down payment. However a home priced at $600k is typically at the estimated $3k.
