Hello, To get those medals you first need to go to settings > video then scroll down to where it says game settings,. Click the arrows until you get halo 3 then there will be setting called "Unified Medals Display" Make sure it says 'Original' and there you go.

Crossplay (and gamepass) has made cheating way too easy. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out that pc hackers would could problems, modding on pc is too easy to do. All competitive games have been ruined by this not just halo.
