Oh and your nails look amazingly beautiful. Like the color combination of the matte black with the rhinestones.

A little tip that I figured out, put a little acetone in a dampen dish for clean up. I tried using the pump bottle and that works for polish removal and to clean the plate. For cleaning polish off the cuticle and skin a dampen dish is better because you have more control of the amount of acetone you can get on thecbrush, orange wood stick or cotton swab. Trying to pump small amounts of acetone can be difficult. It's easy to get acetone where you don't want it.

So like nail polish will work too?
@ThePolishedMommy2 жыл бұрын
No, nail polish doesn't have the same durability as gel polish.

Does the water have to be warm for this?
@ThePolishedMommy2 жыл бұрын
The water should be room temp, too warm or cold will affect how quickly the polish dries on the water

I know you said you can use glue, instead of resin. Is it the same only because I'm thinking the less chemicals the better?
@ThePolishedMommy2 жыл бұрын
Resin needs to be cured, either with a lamp or spray, where glue air dries. It's your preference on what works best for you

What material are u painting it on? And what kind of polish is that to transfer? Is it regular clear nail polish or gel? I never knew I could do this 😯 plz respond I have so many questions lol
@ThePolishedMommy3 жыл бұрын
I use a cut up ziploc bag to paint on using acrylic paints. I just use a clear top coat over it. You could use gel but after you cure it, it may be a little thick once applied to the nail.

I liked you video- I have a question--- so I bought a set that came with non adhesive wraps and something called fiber builder.. is that supposed to make the wrap stay on or do I need to buy something else ? I would deeply appreciate if you could answer that for me... thanks a lot
@ThePolishedMommy4 жыл бұрын
If it's non adhesive you would need something to make it stick to the nail so I'm guessing that's what the fiber builder is? I'm not sure what product your using to give you more advice.

I do my nails and they last for at least 3 weeks and i make mine thick. I find when i make the layers thin the tips break and the polish peels off. I cant believe those last you 2 weeks

I have been looking for an alternative to the way nails are normally done. I do not want them to file down my nail. The last time I got my nails done was when I turned 15 it was my first and last time. They filed down my nails and the nails were gorgeous!, but when I had to take them off since they were growing out my narural nails were so bad. I had naturally gorgeous nails, but that time my nails were brittle and so thin. I hated touching my natural nails and feeling how bumpy they felt. It took a long while for them to recover. Even now I feel like they just don't look like they use to.
@charlenehenry69934 жыл бұрын
Nicely done.. how long did it last?
@ThePolishedMommy4 жыл бұрын
Depends on how fast your nails grow and how long gel usually lasts on your nails. I can get two weeks before rebalancing the regrowth and a month before doing a new set.

nail glue dries to hard and will crack and lift when just applied to the nail. The resin has some flexibility so it won't crack
