I am not sure what the auto level grind is? I didn’t know they still made turbo controllers. I think the last turbo controller I seen looked like the Saturn controller.

Towards the beginning of ff6 there is an area of the Lete river. On the river you’re given an opportunity to drift in a loop, with random encounters. Three of the part members fight and Banon replenishes the party with heal. Keep going in a loop and gain levels with random encounters (and subsequent healing) and it’s an auto grind…. This is shortly after where you can get the genie glove. a turbo controller helps with an automatic loop. I had an old super Nintendo turbo controller, they sell PlayStation for controllers still. This is at the part of the game we’re Bannon asks you to join the returners (?), if you say no to him three times he’ll give you a genie glove.
