Thats much better when you do it up and down a scale cause it makes it easier to use it in a song when i practice on a scale. Can you do more like that? And thanks for all your help!

If you don't mind, I have 2 suggestions on how you might make your lesson more user friendly, hopefully improving student experience/outcomes. I hope this doesn't offend you, or come off rude. Normally, I would never make a comment like this since its pretty crass to critique or complain about anything when you are providing your expertise for free ( which is very generous, and I appreciate very much) but I noticed you had made some comments welcoming constructive criticism on some older videos, so I thought I'd share. Of course feel free to ignore my suggestions 😊 1. Longer pauses for us to mimic the riff/run. You give a riff/run that for example is 1.5 mesures in length but repeatedly do not give 1.5 measures of time for the student to sing the run. Often after only pausing for 1 mesure or less you start to re-sing the run and also you tend to add on additional notes and flourishes. so, in effect you are singing a totally new run/riff over top of us before we ever had a chance to accurately mimic the orginal run even once. It impedes the students accuracy, in turn impacting their success and drive. I would recommend giving a pause that is slightly longer than the length of the riff. For example a pause of 1.75 - 2 mesures for students to mimic a 1.5 mesure long riff. 2. A small tweek to the balance of the different sound levels. (your voice vs. the beat track). Currently the beat track is difficult to hear when you speak or sing. Even when you aren't vocalizing it could do with a boost. I really enjoyed the lesson and what you were teaching and did improve. I checked out other videos of yours as well and enjoyed them. You have a great presence and enthusiasm that makes your videos enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your skill and experience with us. Cheers:)
