Girl the LORE of this album is CRAAZYY so cone was falling in love for the very first time, was touring and was generally VERY happy in his life, the happiest he'd ever been EVER, he said himself. then the girl he was seeing actually kissed him, gave him the flu, which turned into chronic tonsilitis for 6 MONTHS, dumped him by text message that she was getting back with her ex in an airplane on a flight to london, where he was going to see her, and just left him like that. so he was heartbroken in london all alone with no purpose and no one to see, and he said he was the saddest and most broken EVER in his life when this happened, and that's how alley rose and killing me were born. for his first time falling in love, he did NOT deserve to go through all that😭😭😭

In regards to the Lucky music video ending: Halsey spoke at a women's health conference years ago (I believe at the height of HFK) and told a story about when they had a miscarriage right before a show, in front of their super young male manager, not even knowing they were pregnant. I recommend everyone check out the whole speech. Anyway, based on when they say that happened, I think that child would have now been the age of the girl on the swing at the end. Who disappears. So continuing the narrative of how Halsey has wanted kids for so long.
