This song is inspired by King Kong vs Godzilla's the "Sleeping Kong" theme by Akira Ifukube. Woo is based on the Toho King Kong. He even had an electrical attack as did Kong in that film.

Toshikazu Tanaka (the composer) made like 2 other tracks with almost the same melody at 0:19 lol (Hwa Jai's theme from Fatal Fury 1 and Sahad's theme from Power Instinct 2)
