Hi bro I’m thinking that they will not add hyper sonic to the game.Due to Sega saying that hyper no longer exists as a form in any sonic game except sonic 3 air or sonic and knuckles.The cause of this made a lot of fans get angry.So I think Egzekiel would understand and. Not make hyper. All though egzekiel might reconsider to bring it back and give it rainbow effects in any chance.

No, he confirmed it will be added back into the game, plus sonic ultimate rpg is not based off of the official canon if sonic. It's just taking him a while to figure out how to implement it into the game.
