Congrats on the podcast - you'll be great, and I look forward to seeing you on it (I'm hoping it won't be audio only). Your coverage of Texas restaurants and the specialties within them is what I love best. Interesting topics would be historical perspective of these as well as how restaurants are faring in these times of high inflation (changes made, bottom line impact, future expectations). Thanks!

Please consider an episode on how different cultures use food to feed the soul. I loved the addition of your quote at the end of a recent episode, it was heartfelt and sincere, and vulnerable in a way that shared more of you with us, your fans.

I've followed you since your days at WOAI! Your upbeat personality and love of all things Texas are an inspiration and a delight to watch. We've made many of the recipes featured on your website (we get the emails) and bought some of the delicious wines you recommend. Sharing these dishes and the wine with friends and family feed our souls with love and laughter!

Love to hear local Texas resources for culinary related sources. Food, food tours, gardens, ranches for meat, special dinners, etc. Our group likes to travel the state for these treats. We will then come home and prepare a meal using our treasures.
