It’s nice, but I heard they’re stilling guest money or anything come to they hands , I definitely not encouraged any body to that hotel , give back what Mackenson lost, by open an investigation.

Thank you for the review! I've been waiting to find some kind of info on this place. I used to work for a Hilton and was able to get a room here for fairly cheap. The property itself looks awesome, but I couldn't find much info about the rooms. I'm ok with the minimalistic approach to each room, since I don't think I'll be in there for too many hours of the day. Definitely recommend maybe a night's stay at the Conrad Tulum (which is in between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum) if you're looking for a bit more of a luxurious experience when it comes to the rooms.

Thank you so much for the recommendation. The rooftop pool is what prompted me to book this one. I have to confess. When I saw the room, I immediately went back to request a larger one. I was told the property was fully booked. By myself, It's adequate. It was just too small sharing it with another person. Happyvtravels to you!🙂😎

I haven't stayed there. However, I know it's further away from downtown, about a 30 minutes walk. I would suggest a cab or uber which is affortable... about 100 pesos. Definitely go to LA Negrita, Marago Coffee, check out the restaurants near the NH Collection Hotel on Calle 60, and try some of the street foods at the city center. Another favorite is Pitagoras which is a hole in the wall so you have to ask people. It's at the end of Paseo Montevejo near LA cafeteria Impala. Have fun!🙂😎

No, they do not provide slippers. Definitely bring your own. The carpet is old and smells like vacuum powder. It was just a place to sleep.

I spent three days there. Breakfast is included as part of the stay. If you're there for relaxation purposes, you don't have to leave. If you choose to go out they do have a driver or you can order a taxi. Enjoy your time!! 🙂😎
