Really well explained, creativity is such an elusive thing in our lives I fe. I definitely struggle with even allowing myself to create anything new. Working through your personal stuff tends to bring out a need to express it in more ways than just talking about it so maybe that’s what we need to tap into. Great video 👏

Yeah I agree with working through your stuff to express it - and I think in fact while working through your stuff so much can be expressed from that if that makes sense. Oh, I feel like I found a good spot on the youtube realm, from which much beauty will arise. I, too, have been feeling this urge to create...so I started drawing and I want to illustrate the stories in my head..put them out here in the world. And this year I´ve been learning this new meaning to connecting with nature (and its spirits). Today I learned so much from mama lake and the birds that were around me S2 Lots of love from brazil.
