The bottom line is have the system find an approved way to get them running long term? How is their servicing plan, detour plan? The Passengers' embarking plan without chaos and damage, and most importantly DRIVER's discipline?

The prior Chinese made buses are NOT inherently bad, they were what the government of the time felt was within their budget (aka; cheaper) But like anywhere else in the world, you can get quality or cheap, you get what you pay for
