no he can't, he is played in mid lane. instead of asking if mid-lane champs can play support, open up league and look at the champions list. press sort by role, look at all the champs in the support section and there you go. those are the ones you can play.

@@princerex9790 i had this exact problem with leblanc's design. As a non league player, The first time i heard about leblanc was through arcane. I heard that she's an extremely powerful woman who had a deep history in noxus, controlling power and politics. Then i saw her league character design and she just looked like a normal person wearing overly sexualized "armour". It did NOT fit her at all imo. Now this new design makes her actually look like a powerful character.

Officially its a cinematic trailer for a new season of League of Legends. Unofficially, it seems like riot is showing a teaser of their future show like arcane ( which is gonna be about a region in league called Noxus ).

For now it is just a cinematic trailer for the new season but considering that it was animated by fortiche, showed what immediately happens after the events of arcane s2 and is synchronized in a dozen languages... it is not too far off to assume that we can expect the noxus show to look exactly like this.
