Yeh they would have been fine. Sometimes the extra spend is unnecessary though. New owner can put his or her mark on it now

Hi is it a carb or a fuel injected bike. If its fuel injected then it won't have one.

Yes so no choke. The ecu will richen the mixture on cold starts.

Thanks for the shout out & I'm sure it will sell as is...as for what's left to add/change...have to agree with black grips and some mirrors or at least one. And the missing foot peg 😂. Hanway is carb conversion by the looks of it...I'm surprised you haven't been doing compression tests lmao. Stay safe n warm & thanks for the update 👍

I have a mint condition 2015 Honda NC 750 sae Manual,26000 miles, full service history, with front and rear Dashcam, i decided to hang up my helmet due to age and bad eyesight, so i contacted we buy any bike, they offered me £1000, i told them where to go.

Nice triumphs them. Yeh ideally I wanted an original exhaust but couldn't find a decent one. This was the closest thing I could get to original. It worked OK. Cheers Andy

Very soon. Next vid or 2 I'm sure. It's not going well. The clutch is sorted but I can't get it to idle well and it has weird intermittent revving issues. Posts online point to it needing a new ecu which can't really be found. So it's a pain. I may try a carb conversion to see if it's better. Cheers mate

Good shout here Greg. Next vid or 2 will show the final outcome mate. I got and tried renthals but they didn't feel comfortable in the end. So stuck with original bars.

Charlie, can I make a suggestion....think you need a whiteboard to keep track of what you've done or what needs doing per bike. You could also then hang the keys to each bike on its board . Stock should start moving soon, as the season re-starts . Stay safe and ride steady 🤘

That's a good idea Daniel I'll look into it. The herald sold this morning and the mitigan is advertised. The hanway is terrible. Might need a new throttle body system or conversion to carb. I've ordered a manifold that may or may not work.

If the clutch issue isn't a stretched cable you could take the clutch plates out and prize them apart, sand the friction plates with them face down on some sand paper on a table, and then reinstall them after soaking in transmissionfluid.. this will free the clutch pack and you might find thats enough to have a working clutch again with no cost involved. The clutch plate thickness can be checked at this stage and some new clutch plates ordered if below the minimum stated in the manual or online... Best of luck Charlie. Its definitely in your skill set to disassemble and rebuild a clutch if you were that way inclined.

Cheers, this is close to what I did although I didn't have the special tool to get the plates out so I cleaned them while in the basket. Worked a treat though. Rest of the bike is terrible

250cc EFI Xpro fuel injection issues. Starts but won't stay idle. When i ride it'll stall out at Red lights and stop signs. I replaced the fuel filter but i haven't changed or checked my fuel injector. I let the bike sit too long. Only has 2888 miles on it. Can you, would you help me please.

Hi, I've got the same issue now with a hanway 125cc. The first thing you need to do is try to remove as much of the old fuel as possible and replace with good fuel. Have you checked your valves yet? They need to be in spec to idle well.

Hey Charlie, yes get it warm let the oil circulate around the clutch plates periodically pull in the clutch ,run it in gear on the stand, eventually the plates should free up,

It's a old vid that, but the camera picks up sounds in a weird way sometimes. It could be a normal sound but sounds weird on camera. The clutches wear on these and make a sound aswell so could also be that. Thanks

I've had this issue before with the clutch. Pulling the clutch in and rocking the bike backwards and forwards whilst in gear it finally became disengaged

Yeh i tried all of that and nothing worked. In the end I actually had to clean the plates. Did work though. Cheers

I like how you admit to not knowing how to change a clutch, I don't know but will be watching to find out as I just got a Lexmoto ranger type and will be pulling it apart to learn how to fix it up, starting with a lawn mower engine :)

Is this the same for 2021 ktm duke 125 ? Looking at buying a stolen recovered one , was worried it would cost a fortune to get the keys reprogrammed ? Any help would be appreciated
