with a combination of the top strap and counter weights can this fit snug without the face part or plastic face part to basically have no face contact held only by my upper forehead. I use my quest 2 like that and 3rd party head strap to do that with comfort for a guy who gets acne easily and the face just gets so hot enclosed with no airflow otherwise. with my quest it works great for long sessions of just siting for enjoying SBS 3D moded flat screen games or casual viewing experiences. I also have the lights off in my room and have the headset still track with inferred lamps. Im just wondering if my set up would translate to this more expensive heavier but desired upgrade to one of these sets and how compatible are these options with all models as I want to have local diming or oled and eye tracking may sway me around

Thanks for the very informative video. No matter which platform I use I cannot view any streaming content (Netflix, Paramount+...). The main page show up but when you play the content the screen is blank but the audio is there. I'm using Chrome with graphics acceleration turned off. Any suggestions?

I have a G2 headset and the only thing i can highly recommend is get rid of the defaul gasket and get a modded head gasket which improves FOV and that damn sweet spot! i just have the leather gasket stuck on and it makes a huuuuuuuge difference! So glad i have a G2. oneday when i upgrade my graphics card i can run games in SS 1.5 or higher which improved sharpness!

Surprisingly, the difference here shown is not that big!

Cool, so many different versions of the Crystal VR headset. Now we wait for them to come and be reviewed on how well they all work. It will be interesting to see how many like that large a VR headset to do wireless gaming and moving your head around quickly. Also with all that weight, would it put a strain on our necks wearing it wireless for any long periods of time. We shall see. You used a power bank to power the Crystal Wireless - how long will the Crystal wireless work with just the standard battery used in the rear of the headset? Why controllers have be included? To me that's a mistake, if you plan a vr headset for sim racing and fliy sim, you don't need controllers, what you actually need is passthrough cameras, to have a temporary view of your surroundings without taking out your goggles
