The animations are really fluid and nice in this, you are an amazing animator! I think this is something you should absolutely be proud of, and if you have the interest I think you should do this professionally! But I have to say the pacing is extremely slow for a fight scene. Animation really should not loop for 20 seconds in an actual production unless there is a very very specific reason, like a character monologuing over a scene, and even then animators tend to break it up with cut-away shots of characters faces to keep it visually interesting. And I say this because it looks like you could very easily move onto a production environment with this kind of skill, but timing is an extremely important part of animation and I'm afraid it might hold you back. I really really want to appreciate the animation a lot more, since you have a really good sense of weight and animation timing, your art skills are great, and the effects are just as good. You animated the hands extremely well throughout the entire thing, and you did monkey feet that are basically hands there as well, that's very impressive! But it's just extremely hard when I can't overcome the temptation to fast forward through a 20 second looping shot that really should be 4 seconds. This animation would be absolutely spectacular if it were (from 0:00 to 8:13 since I think at that point you could have credits roll over a slow aftermath) 2 and a half, maybe 3 minutes long. But I'd love to see where you go from here and where your animation journey takes you - I think you have a lot of potential in the industry if you decide to go that route.

Hello ! thanks very much for the notes, i'll do it another way next time then for the battles. And yes adding some close ups during the fights would have been a good idea ! For the fan animation yes it is, but that doesnt mean i'm not professionnal, many pros actually do fan animations when they can. That animation was originally a commission job so here we go. Not saying you are wrong but thats the truth. Reducing the animation would be also a good idea but currently very busy with new projects animations so i cant unfortunetly. Maybe one day i'll make a directors cut version of it , shorter and with some more close up if i can ! (but its not a guarantee haha ) Thanks again and take care.

Je pensais que tu testais pour faire la transition, avec le raytrace temps réel, ca baisse massivement les cout de faire un film d'animation 3d, certain(e)s artistes ont déjà fait le pas et se lance dans l'animation 3d solo, vu que tu n'as pas a dessiné 25 images par seconde, et que chaque modélisation est amortie dans le temps. Les moteurs de jeu pousse pas mal vers cette direction, unity à des outils dédiés à la réaslisation de film 3d de plus en plus. @@NeoShameMan Non, pas de 3d pour moi.Ce que tu vois c'est du temps réel 3d. Est ce que je vais sauter le pas en 3d ? pourquoi pas mais faire de l'anim 3d personnellement je sais pas. Apres pour employer des gens a la 3d faudra des moyens mais en tout cas j'y pense pas trop, la j'ai choppé un laptop rtx et donc j'en profite tout bonnement (quand j'ai le temps )

@@hermannkayode Okay Mais pour préciser, la 3d temps réelle fait chuter les moyen nécessaire pour faire de la 3d, juste un pc RTX suffit maintenant pour avoir une qualité décente. Donc une seule personne (a priori, une petite équipe aussi) peut gérer un projet seule. C'est dans cette voie que je vais aller, MAIS j'essaye d'innover sur le rendu du cheveux crépu lol c'est ce qui me prend un peu de temps.
