Bhai aap kuch exercises daily karo 1 hour 1. Deep breathing exercise 2.speaking in front of mirror (koyi bhi newspaper article story padho ) loud voice Mai 3.Meditation Karo at least 15 minutes Ye Karne se Meri stammering bhi improve hui hai
