Can I please pay you to teach me how to propagate roses. I have done the plastic bottle but with soil. I saw your video with sand so I now need to try that but I wish you could tell us where you put it. In the shade and how much you water it. Do you only propagate in spring? Anyway, I would be happy to learn from you. You seriously have the most special roses because of your propagating skills. I can even give you some roses. I have a tanja florist spray and paradise beach I can give you.
@honeycombgarden13762 ай бұрын
@Loverofprettythings I usually put it in the shade. And have my irrigation do all the watering. My irrigation is set to every 2 to 3 days during the cooler weather. Fall is also a good time to propagate

@Loverofprettythings but I also have a lot of dying, too. Usually, whenever I got 12 stem from flower market, only 1 to 2 get to root. But again, it depends how fresh the cutting is.

So pretty; it looks like the Romantica Eden rose I planted about 8 years ago. They are vigorous growers and have big thorns. I trained mine to grow in 2 directions east and west: east around the backside of my greenhouse and west along my fence line. I learned how to peg the stems from a different video that I don’t remember who did it…but you can find “ pegging roses” useful if you have climbers that aren’t producing very well.
