We have a work 10 hours per day (7:00 to 17:00) after 10 hours OT start. Every day one hour extra OT (7:00 to 18:00) problem is one employee came morning 8:30 to 18:00 result will found one hour OT actually OT will not come. Please explain how to deduct the hours. Waiting for your reply.

create two time tables and create one more shift. shift one (7:00 to 17:00) shift two (8.30 to 17:00)after that go to employee schedule assign the shift for employees
