How do you get the queen highlighted like that? being able to see that box under her would help a lot

It's a Runelite feature. On Runelite, go to the wrench and search "NPC indicators" and check it to activate. You can then Shift click to "Tag-All NPC". It allows you to change the color as well as the style (I prefer mine as tile boxes). Let me know if you need any help with that, or if it doesn't work for you.
