First comment in almost a decade. The original WLIA with Clive Anderson, Greg Proops, Paul Merton, Ryan Stiles, Mike McShane, Josey Lawrence, Richard Vranch et all, was AMAZING.

This is an old interview.... but shit... I think I have just fallen inlove with Greg... pro tip guys who is on the dating scene... maybe Greg is not the best example because he is sharp funny and attractive BUT I promise you if you can make a girl laugh... 95% of the hard work is done... the other 5% is just you NOT screwing things up. Thank me later❤

I both love and dislike Greg Proops. He can be so reliably funny and the next second so simple and common in his mockery.

Dear Greg the Groove-cat, how's the ocelot baby? Did you see the footage of prince Andrew stroking his daughter's ass? His middle finger stopped and tried to penetrate the Paddington Bare, her Buckingham Tampax quivering with fear as he goes in for the royal flush.

it was a mistake to bring 'whose line' to america. the censorship in america is terrible and made the show not as exciting. they got carried away with the audience participation. i tune in to watch the improv comedians, not some unfunny audience members who weren't expecting to be on tv. i'm sure if it stayed in britain, there wouldn't have been a several-year hiatus and it would still be worlds funnier than it is today.

I watched this interview when it was on TV and this bit here where Greg does this thing with his fingers 07:56, I used to think about that all the time. I actually thought he did "air quotes" (so with 2 fingers on each hand), and I would do it whenever someone said my name.

So was this the first time in all time that a human mentioned "Doctor Who".

@1:18 Drew Carey hosts that one and he's a little different than you he's very gentle. For those who have never seen the American version of Whose Line. Drew every once and awhile tried to mimic Clive and got burned by Greg for it.

That was probably at the Apex of proopdoggs marketability judging by his overall congenial appearance.

I can't believe the superficial muck I was spewing back then one year ago, in my salad days! What I should have said was Greg is wrong about the puritans being dim , They were the most ardently antislavery to the point that many were murdered... Well, for that and refusing to fight in the Revolution . Actually, they might've been the MOST progressive

There once was a site that had these shows. But before I could try to download them, the site was gone. It's been several years since I tried searching for them again...which led me here. Thank you!

im always sad, so many great american comedians shamed by us british- when actually they're AMAZING off of american censorship the whose line guys are funny, but holy hell are they even funnier when they're not restrained
