EOMM is also a thing, and the fact is ( not taking away scumps skill cause he's obviously good ) that Scump, and any other " pro " cod player or a known player has been whitelisted from EOMM completely, which is why they have near " perfect " hit reg compared to others. A normal player can get close to that type of hit reg if they either 1. Have way below 1kd or 2. Buy skin/gun packs etc often, which will trigger the eomm and give you better hit reg, or I should say closer to a " normal " hit reg and what it should feel like. There's a whole patent of it made by Activision so it is very real, and sadly a thing in an FPS game in 2024 and has been a thing in cod for quite many years now. It only gets worse every year, MW 2019 also had it but it wasn't nearly as bad as on mw23 for example. It's not the netcode/servers that is the main issue, it's the EOMM. Sure the servers are hot garbage, supposed to be " 60hz servers " yet they run on 20-30hz max which is absolutely embarrassing from a triple A fps game in 2024. It's pathetic, but it is what it is. Not much we can do about it and it sure won't change any time soon since they only care about making the most profit.
