This is an amazing home. I love all the details and I especially love how most of the windows OPEN. I keep seeing homes that opt for form over function with the bulk of the windows being those you cannot open, and I prefer a good cross breeze throughout the house. Definitely appreciated the windows. My only nit with this house was the astroturf. Immediately cheapens anything. Seems an easy enough change for those with this kind of home budget if they don't like it.

They managed to turn a very nice range hood into an eyesore by blocking those windows. Makes no sense to have windows there only to block them.

Greetings, great showing/presentation, thank you for posting. A very attractive home, with much to offer for the price point. it's spacious, but from the moment you enter it feels homey vs a museum or mausoleum. The only tweak I would make, would be a more expansive sitting room in the primary but it's a keeper. again, thanks, for posting!!!

It's a very beautiful and very well-built house, if it's not sold yet you have to wait for someone who still likes that TONE OF GREEN, because unfortunately that color and that particular tone is almost outdated, the solution is color change with an adequate paint 🎨....!!!!

I wonder why this beautiful house hadn't sold yet,,,, by all means it's outstanding...!!! Other than the bonus room doesn't seem to have a kind of wet bar, the rest is perfect.
