Hello, first of thank you for the videos. I have precisely the same machine, and as you may know, there are just a few videos about this gun on KZbin. I have a problem with the gun, and I wanted to ask you if you experienced something like that and know the solution. My gun doesn't stop working even if I don't pull the trigger. I found the solution for the traditional guns but couldn't find any solution for this new version of guns. Do you know how I can solve this problem? Thanks for your time.

@@jadeparkinson4545 Yes, it's a screw under the end of the gun that must be unscrewed (not removed) and you can adjust position of the hook! Don't know if it's clear 😅

hello panda craft! i have the same pink tuft gun that arrived today. but my tuft gun isnt stopping even tho im not pressing the trigger. do you have any idea how to troubleshoot this?

I got the same pink tufting gun and it’s doing the same!! It’ll be an issue with the sensor but I don’t think there’s a fix
